On 27 May 2010 the Friends of Mallacoota appeal of the Victorian Planning Minister's EES assessment in relation to the Bastion Point Boat Ramp was dismissed. The Environment Defenders Office continues to advise the Friends in relation to protecting the Mallacoota coast.
