The Beyond Litigation Kit is part of an EDO project that was funded by the Victorian Department of Justice.
The Kit was published in 2004 and has not been updated. We have made it available as it may still be of interest, however anyone intended to rely on information contained in the Kit should check that the information is current before doing so.
