Site development roadmap
This page sets out our plans for future development of this site.
As we aim for the site to be responsive to community demand and interest, there is scope to change this plan in response to feedback from users and contributors.
Overview
First phase - to May 2009
- site design and set up
- convert existing EDO publications into online format, review and revise as necessary to provide initial critical mass of content
- consultation with community reference panel to seek initital feedback and suggestions
- start training our law student volunteers to assist with the editing and site content
- launch!
Second phase - to October 2009
- continue adding new material to the site and refining existing content
- start to get external contributors involved
- review water law articles
- add new climate law content
- add new content, especially national threatened species laws and EPBC material

- Human rights and the environment
- Updating EPBC Act material
- Expanding and updating material on native vegetation retention controls in Victoria
- Invasive species
