The Greentree cases resulted from the illegal clearing of a RAMSAR wetland in northern NSW. The other cases in this series are listed below in the “See Also” section.

This case was Mr Greentree's appeal against his conviction for breaching s16(1) of the EPBC Act. The court dismissed the appeal and ordered Mr Greentree to pay the Minister's costs.
